I came in for a brow wax. I gave the woman a picture of a thick naturally shaped brows, and she just completely ignored it and gave me thin brows that she probably gives to everyone.
Do not go here. Been waiting over a year for this place to reimburse my daughter for the horrible service I booked 5 pedicures, 3 adults 2 children. I couldn't comprehend why my 11 yr grand daughter's pedi was done in 5 mins and then was charged $35. I didn't know this until I asked my daughter what they charged her. I called and complained and they said the owner wasn't there. When the owner called me back, she said oh sorry we overbooked. It was my first time going and it exceeded all my expectations! I got a mani/pedi (very reasonably and competitively priced), and the staff was friendly and efficient while still providing quality service. Would highly recommend!
