This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had — and I would NEVER recommend Envy Nails to anyone. I came in with my sister to get acrylics. She was helped by a nail tech named Angel, and while her nails were okay, my experience with Teressa was absolutely awful. From the moment I sat down, Teressa was cold, rough, and clearly didn’t want to be there. I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The staff clearly do not know how to do their job properly. When I politely pointed out something that was going wrong with my nails, they refused to listen and continued as if nothing was wrong. It’s like they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction. My mom who is a black woman went here a few weeks ago to get a pedicure. When I dropped her off they were not busy and she was told to have a seat. They got busy all of a sudden but my mom was the last person to be served even though she got there before the most of the customers did. She was given a trainee which I don’t mind but they left the trainee alone and you can tell she was struggling and instead of jumping in to help, they were speaking their language and laughing and looking over at my mom and the trainee. I came here to get French nails gel polish done on my natural nails. The finishing done was really bad. The lady couldn’t cover the natural nail color with the polish. The nails are cut unevenly. It looks untidy and I’m really regretting coming here.
I wish you with zero star option very bad customer service first they look at your face and your race then they serve you according to that( Lam ) nail Tech did my nails very bad customer service even though you’re trying to tell them something they won’t listen.
