Went in for a French mani pedi… the one that did my pedicure didn’t know what a French pedicure is.! Left my toe nails half done and looking like crap! I let know I will not pay for this it looks awful! The mani was excellent and done by someone else there. Terrible customer service, needless to say I will not be going back there.

I've been getting my mani+pedi here every 2-2.5 weeks for 20 years and Tina (the owner) and all of her staff are super nice and caring. This place is always super clean and they all provide great service. I get a gel mani and polish pedi and the price is decent. I have only had 2 instances where my gel mani cracked the next day I went back and they fixed it. It is an inconvenience to have to drive back but they did fix my nail. I wanted to love this place as much as everyone else. The woman that gave me my pedi did an excellent job. However, the woman who did my nails rushed, didn't you cuticle cream, my nail corners were not filed smoothy and did a very poor job of applying the gel, it was uneven, had some bubbles, abd was on my cuticles. I complained only to have it "fixed" to the same status. Then my I went for my bikini wax!
