Edited to add: I did NOT receive a reply to my initial message, nor did I receive a reply to the DM I sent on Instagram several days after. Avoid this place! I did not want to have to write this review but after reaching out twice with no response, I'm left with no choice. I have been getting my lashes done for 8 years now, so I am well versed in caring for them and what retention should look like. I have been getting my lashes done consistently for five years now. My regular lash tech I had for the first few years completely ghosted me so I was in search for a new Lashs tech. I went to Envy Lashes in Fort Saskatchewan where I met Ashley who was a great lash tech, but unfortunately had a change of career and moved onto another industry.
