Avoid this place! I did not want to have to write this review but after reaching out twice with no response, I'm left with no choice. I have been getting my lashes done for 8 years now, so I am well versed in caring for them and what retention should look like. My regular lash tech is on maternity leave, but I had a photoshoot planned, so I decided to give this place a try. I had such a great experience with Grace! She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and detail-oriented. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful exactly the look I wanted. Grace made the whole appointment comfortable and relaxing, and she took the time to explain everything and ensure I was happy with the results. Her professionalism and talent really shine through. I highly recommend Grace for anyone looking for flawless lashes and a fantastic overall experience!

I got my first set ever, I had a great experience there, although after 2 days almost half of the lashes fell out. Im pretty disappointed. Did everything I was told to. Sleep with a silk cover on my eyes. Soap without oil, even bought the lash soap. Its too bad. Don't think I can spend another 115$ if they dont even last a week.

Over charged for quality of extension . Lived with what was put in for couple weeks so much breakage. It was like having amazon specials not what I asked for or what I would expect for what I paid. First time at this salon not my first time with extensions. Steer clear of this salon unless you want to be ripped off.
