Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with my set of lashes from here. I have had my lashes done by several people many times over the last decade. The fact that I was in and out in an hour (for a new set) is a red flag in itself. They definitely didn’t come out anything like I showed her. So many lashes weren’t placed properly, some on my skin. Amazing! I have been getting lashes for 5 years. After my regular tech retired, I had been having a lot of problems with lash retention for about 6 months. Have tried 3 other places and was not able to get through a week without having to have them filled. This was my last place to try, deciding if this place did not work, I would remove them and give up. Candace was my tech, her work has been amazing. I visited Envy Lashes before Christmas based on a few recommendations. While I was excited to try it, I felt the experience could have been more welcoming. The atmosphere wasn’t as relaxing as I had hoped, as the lash tech frequently engaged in conversations with other staff throughout the appointment. Additionally, the lash bed didn’t feel particularly sanitary, with visible hair and no protective sheet between clients, nor was there a blanket for added comfort.
