Mel is SO TALENTED!! And so professional. The place is spotless. She is always so flexible and makes sure her customers are happy. I have been going for 6 years and I could never go anywhere else.

I have been getting my lash extensions done by Melissa for over a year now and she is on point everytime. There are times when I ask for something different because I AM indecisive and she will do it. Then if I don’t like it, we fix it! She has no problem being accommodating to all her customers. Because we are a walking billboard for her and she wants us to be happy. She makes time for me if I have to reschedule due to kids or work. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here.

Owner was very nice but my lash lift was over processed and looks horrible still a month later. The lashes were curled up so tight they look as if they broke in half and hit my lid instead of looking longer. I emailed right after to see if there was a fix she never responded. Mascara makes it look even worse. Can not wait for this to grow out.

I went into envy on the morning of July 6. As my first appointment. I walked into the salon and the person that was doing lashes said to me “what are you here for“ I replied I am here for the last lift. She said come on over. She never introduced herself. She never said welcome. Hi, how are you doing? How are you today? Nothing I laid down on the couch. She asked if I ever had a lash lift before I said yes. That was pretty much.
