Made an appointment several days earlier abd they blew me off 30 minutes prior to the appointment.
Hive Pros is an amazing company! I reached out to them to get a new mailbox installed bc someone crashed into mine a month ago.. but i reached out to Hive Pros this morning and they sent out two technicians today, the technicians were Ethan and Rayse, they were so very kind and friendly. They got my mailbox set up quick and it looks so good! If I ever maintenance or any repairs done, I am definitely reaching back out to Hive Pros and requesting Ethan and Rayse.
Hive Pros is the only home maintenance company you will ever need. These guys are incredible at every service they offer and theyre quick too!
If you choose to hire this company be prepared for them to blatantly disrespect your neighbors. 10 out of 10 would never ever ever hire this company after they used my front yard as a walking path while working on the house next door to mine. Edit: not that its needed as the display of zero professionalism seems to be a priority of this company regarding their comment but here is the ONLY email i received from them.
