Telli, the owner, does every client herself. She's incredibly talented and meticulous when she does your hair. She takes the time to do each step instead of just putting highlights in over roots that are still dark and she never misses a spot or leaves stripes or spots. If your hair tends to get brassy when highlighted or lightened, she always takes the time to tone or correct anything that isn't the exact color requested.
