I have been going to Juanita for eyebrow threading for nearly a year now, and she always does an excellent job. She is consistently friendly, professional, and very punctual. I especially appreciate how efficient she is—she gets me in and out quickly without ever making the appointment feel rushed. My brows always come out clean and well-shaped. If you’re looking for someone reliable who values your time and does great work, I highly recommend Juanita!

terrible customer service *** update- was not going to get into details but since owner replied will provide more info. This is my first ever poor review that I've posted on google. I called day of to reschedule my apt as I had quite literally gotten sick overnight with a fever from the flu. I assumed that the cancellation policy would have an exception for illness since it doesn't specify illness in the cancellation policy. I truly had the flu and had to call out of work. Juanita always helps me look my best! She does the brow mapping and I get them waxed and dyed. I’m ALWAYS blown away and walk out feeling the cutest!!!
