Finding a Good , respectable mechanic shop is really hard to come by! Envy auto is the place you want to go to get ur automotive problems fixed ! The whole team is Very interactive with customers, makes you feel apart of the team . Thanks to Trav , Joey, and Noel , my cars on the road again sounding how it should be because of the envy auto care team ! Yall were great ! And help me understand alot !

Cut a hole in my undercarriage. Had to wait an hour for an Oil change even when I brought all the correct parts. They didn’t tighten the oil pan bolt to the specific torque spec most likely crossed threaded the bolt when they first took it off. Also gave me invalid inspection, didn’t need to rotate my tires since the “mechanics”in the back of the truck shop on 309 don’t understand tread on tires. Putting the bald tires in the back, risked my life and any passengers. Fyi, Travis you don’t deserve your title.

Really happy I found Envy Auto after moving to the area. Travis is a great guy and was able to get my cars issue resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. Will be coming back to Envy for all future car issues.
