Dr Rivers and his staff were very warm and hospitable from the time I went for my consultation till post surgery. I had the SMILE procedure done and it went on very smoothly. Dr Rivers is simply amazing with his years of experience and how he breaks down the process to you. I never ever felt uneasy or nervous throughout the entire processBest to do it! Would highly recommend hands down!!
Dr Rivers and his staff are excellent!! They are very caring , honest, and making sure you're comfortable and at ease from consultation thru surgery follow up. I highly recommend them.
I got the cataracts in my left eye removed 3 & 1/2 months ago. Dr Rivers is a wonderful professional doctor with years of experience. I was a little concerned about the procedure and he assured me that it was not painful just a bit uncomfortable And it turned out to be true. I will take a bit uncomfortable everyday in place of pain. 2025 Update: Even more highly recommended! I'd been a contact lens wearer for about 25 years and I got to the point where I was finished with re-ordering contacts, getting new (unchanged) prescriptions every few years so I could upload these prescriptions to get contacts, buying solution, buying travel-sized contact solutions, packing extra glasses for travel, risking eye discomfort or infection when traveling or camping, and all the other stuff that goes along with the vision correction I'd used since my early 20s.
