What a terrible company. They took too much money out of closing for real estate taxes. The county sent them the overpayment but without researching where to send the overpayment they sent it to the buyer. Now more than four months later I do not have my overpayment and they are requiring the buyer to send me the overpayment to correct their error. I have not received a check from the buyer but Envoy Title need to step up and pay me the overpayment and collect anything you sent the buyer from them. Beware......
