Robert Padres is a mortgage broker that is not reliable , unprofessional, lie to his clients . Doesn’t event respond to phone calls ! Decide to switch company he works for in middle of mortgage . Then after multiple credit pulls he decides to tell client he isn’t able to get the rate and down payment assistance and he informs buyer to tell seller they have no funds ! He travels to England 2 weeks before closing without notice and tells Client to contact his supervisor who is nowhere to be reached ! This was very stressful ex... read more
