I chose envoy mortgage because I thought that I would have a good experience using them for the purchase of my new home, but it turns out not. I will never refer anybody to envoy mortgage Because of how long they took to close out on my new home and because of the lack of communication towards the end. Purchasing a home can be a very stressful experience. I am so fortunate to have the team from Envoy guide us through the process. They are professional but at the same time very caring and considerate. The staff are in constant communication with you and with each other.
