Wendy was an angel and truly amazing! She kept me informed every step of the way and even kept in touch while she was on vacation whenever I had a question no matter how small it was!
Being a licensed Realtor in Tennessee, when moving to Mississippi I was hesitant to reach out to a mortgage company. But a I did. Wendy was there through the whole process. My loan was difficult because I had been a self employed Realtor since August 2017 and was taking a job back in Healthcare. Wendy did not let any obstacles stand in her way and fought to the end and we closed on June 26, 20. Thank you Wendy for everything.
Wendy and her team are wonderful and will work extremely hard to get you into your new home. The underwriting process was MUCH less painful than it was when I purchased my first home many years ago, and their team worked extremely hard to make sure we closed on time.
