We started out frustrated with Envoy. There is a long story on that. Then Vanessa got involved. She was AMAZING! She patiently and respectfully addressed all our concerns and issues. She turned them all into non-issues. Then we got to speak with Dave. Another amazing, positive, and competent employee! No organization is perfect, but when someone conscientious is a leader, bad becomes GREAT! Thank you, Vanessa & Dave, for giving us wonderful service and timely help. Kudos to you both and Envoy.
