Be careful. These are slumlords presenting as caring landlords. Dallas properties go unrepaired. Unsecured gates, turning away the Dallas Police, "we have our own security". Tenant cars regularly towed for longterm tenants as "expired parking tag" even as mgr cannot provide a new one; usual kickback arrangement. Government agencies, understaffed, cannot fight for tenants; these landlords know this. If you have an alternative, and you do with Housing, go elsewhere.
I have been trying to reach personnel at the EnVolve office headquartered in Memphis, TN., because 1) the property manager has failed Me up to this point and 2) the next in line Blair Brown manager has failed as well. I rented an apartment at the Oliver in MO for 2 years and paid my rent on time, gave the advanced notice required to move out, received my email notice that I would receive my check in the mail refunding my deposit. It came a week. later and after depositing it on 9/18, it was not honored by your bank, stating "refer to lender" for Check number 1096 dated 9/12 . They became the owner of my apartment complex in Tuscaloosa(Hallmark) we done had 5 to 6 new landlord since I been out here . I been out here 3 years , never been late on rent , never been in the office , no had the police or nothing ever at my apartment. We had a landlord that was stealing tenants money and social security numbers . I asked the area manger why they haven’t told everybody what happen.
