My experience with this management company has been extremely disappointing. Not only do they manage properties with ongoing issues such as roach infestations, but they also make it unnecessarily difficult for residents to receive fair treatment when moving out. I left my apartment in excellent condition and have extensive photo and video evidence from both before and after move-out showing the unit was clean and free of damage. I was trying to move out as soon as possible due to a bad living situation with my partner. However, my leasing office set their phone up to refuse messages. I called multiple times early on and left several messages on the website submission system. I was still not contacted until a while after.
