Envolve recently took over the property Harper’s Glen in Clinton , North Carolina. I have been staying in my apartment for 2 year now with a broken door. I have reached out to everyone about this issue. They keep telling me the door has to be “special made”. I have small children and don’t feel safe with this door. Rent goes up every month. Started at $600 as advertised a before my 1 year it was over $700 an still going up. Advertised Senior complex. Most reason given for increase!!!! Most of us on fixed income cannot handle that. Been some move outs!!!!
