I rented an apartment at the Oliver in MO for 2 years and paid my rent on time, gave the advanced notice required to move out, received my email notice that I would receive my check in the mail refunding my deposit. They became the owner of my apartment complex in Tuscaloosa(Hallmark) we done had 5 to 6 new landlord since I been out here . I been out here 3 years , never been late on rent , never been in the office , no had the police or nothing ever at my apartment. We had a landlord that was stealing tenants money and social security numbers . I asked the area manger why they haven’t told everybody what happen.
