I don’t even know where to start! I haven’t been to an eye doctor in over 5 years due to previous experiences, but I decided to give it another chance and I don’t regret it. The receptionist was friendly and checked me in in a timely manner. But the ocular techs stole the show! Mai came in and warmly greeted me and set the tone for the rest of the visit! Had an awesome experience here! Everyone was super nice and helpful. Mairym took care of me when I went in and did such a great job! She was super friendly, professional, and you can tell she cares about the patients. The whole place has a great vibe and I left feeling really taken care of. Definitely recommend coming here if you need an eye exam or new glasses!:)
Great place highly recommend! Mai, Astrid and Bryanna were fantastic, they made me feel welcome right away and brought such a positive, friendly energy to the whole experience. All of there personalities really stood out and made the visit that much better. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish!
I been waiting for my glasses for the past month and a half now and they never answer the phone. Don’t know what’s going on with this company recently but I will not be going back there
