Very nice costumers service
The practice and girls up front are really nice. Very accommodating with appointments and helpful with explaining further information. The only issue I encountered was Ashley in optical. She was curt, not welcoming and seemingly uninterested with a stone cold face at ordering. Takes nothing to smile or at least be courteous to others.
Edit: 1/6/2025: the day I wrote my initial review, unbeknownst to me, Barney, the optician helping me the most went to bat for me. He worked with a manager from the other store to remediate the situation. I'm very grateful to him for his efforts on my behalf. Original Post: They lost two brand new frames I brought them....
