Edit: 1/6/2025: the day I wrote my initial review, unbeknownst to me, Barney, the guy helping me the most had gone to bat for me. He worked with some manager from higher up to remediate the situation. It's not a perfect solution but it's a step in the right direction. I'm very grateful to him for his efforts on my behalf. I had an excellent experience. I was especially impressed by Mai, the initial staff member who assisted me. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and supportive approach stood out. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations.
