This place is an absolute joke! The absolute worst office staff, no one has a clue what is going on! I have been a patient of Dr Swanson for 40 years, and the office was going to let me go without contacts (I can’t not see, drive or work) because my script expired and would not give me enough to hold me over to my next appointment and would not give me an appt sooner! Place is a joke. I've been a patient for 10+ years. Not sure why I didn't switch sooner. EVERY time I go there it's some guilt trip on how I need better glasses and contacts, etc. Lately I've had constant issues due to sensitivity(migraines, constant squinting, etc) even with glasses. What do they say.....sorry we can't do anything, deal with it. Avoid this place at all costs. The 2.8 stars speaks for itself.
What can I say about envision eye care, other than that they always make sure the customer leaves satisfied, and they listen to the feedback of their customers... They have a wide selection of frames for every budget, they have all the top designer names...
