They are going out of business in 2024. Received a letter we have to find another company.
This company is the worst. The most pleasant thing about them are their promotional emails..lol. However, to actually do business with them is like pulling teeth and representatives are hostile. They'll work overtime to find a way to deny anything. They're most efficient at sending out bills and denial notices.
HORRIBLE. They keep having issues when billing my card so then I have to call and get them to do it correctly over the phone!!. And it's ALL the time!!.
I started out with this plan four years ago. My premium started out at $19.00/mo. Went up each year, now I'm paying $60/mo. Also, I take one med which I paid $3.00 for 90 days. That also went up this year to $18.00 for 90 days. This is really out of control!!!
Elixir Insurance is absolutely the worst prescription drug plan that I ever had, and would strongly recommend that individuals looking for an affordable Medicare Part "D" plan should definitely look elsewhere. Elixir, former known as EnvisionRxPlus, used to have affordable premiums, at least three years back, even though the annual deductible was significant.
