No contract, no table cloths, I had to do the breakdown myself even though it says it was included in the cost, and Diane did NOT send a confirmation text the day before, therefore there was a misunderstanding with the event time. Maybe a proper contract like I requested and never got would have prevented this. It was my first time hiring an event planner, so I guess you don’t know until you know. Envisioned events made my daughter’s vision come to life. Diane and Crystal did an amazing job communicating and staying on time with the schedule. They were in contact with the venue and took care of everything. This by far was more than we could have expected. I can’t wait to use them for all my future events. I have nothing but great things about Diane and her company. She went above and beyond to plan and make my day perfect and make it special, that included being available on the weekends on a texting basis with Crystal who was always super responsive. Diane also offering to come back and bring anything that was missing or if I needed more decor for my wedding day.
