Actual service was fine, but the sales is deceptive. Sometimes high pressure sales on extra services. But last time was just down right deceptive, no estimates given with breakdown of what is in the service package ahead of time, no talk of prices. I asked for the "minimal", but end up finding out they added alignment and oil change, more than $140 extra stuff I didn't ask for. OK, I paid for it, assuming that it was done. But just bad experience at the end of otherwise pleasant service appointment.
I have been taking my car here for the regular/prepaid maintenance for over a year now and the experience has gotten exponentially worse! Horrible experience with the service rep, the last 2 times! Very rude, unprofessional and dishonest! They try to sell/bill you unnecessary stuff + way too overpriced! 145$ for a cabin air filter replacement - I mean.. come on!
