Very disappointed with my experience at Toyota Milpitas. I had a confirmed appointment at 7:15 PM to test drive a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid SE. The appointment was confirmed by Miles Bowie, who assured me that the vehicle would be available. I traveled all the way from Mountain View in an Uber specifically for this appointment. Brought my car in for “Engine maintenance inquired - visit your dealer “ alert appears on dash board. Met with advisor Kevin Gaddis who goes above and beyond service by gave out a clearly explanation how to resolve the issue ( finally after diag tested cause by Coolant control valve) in a professional manner .Very satisfied and highly recommended his services.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received recently. The service advisor Harvey Flores told me that I needed a wheel alignment—for which I would have to pay. I declined, stating that it wasn't necessary. My car had reached 20,000 miles and was due for an oil change. After checking my account records, the advisor informed me that my last service was performed at 17,000 miles and that I couldn't get an oil change until the odometer hit 22,000 miles.
