Very disappointing experience at Milpitas Toyota. I came in for maintenance with one service still remaining on my prepaid package, but they told me I had none left without giving me a clear explanation. I later checked with another Toyota service center, and they confirmed that I still had one service remaining on my package. Then they started pushing multiple additional services.
