Had a very long but good experince at the Service department. Steven was a great Service Advisor, knowledgeable and very casual to speak with. Great at understanding and is actually one of the more personal employees out there. Would recommend him to anyone coming to this dealership in West Covina!
The main reason im taking my time to put this review up if because of 1 person. That service advisor you guys have David Varela is wildly ineffective at his position. He ignored EVERYTHING I told him this morning, I had to be at work by 9am, I told him I had my uniform and work materials in the car dont take it until I can get them out; STILL SENT MY CAR IN, I was told I could get a loaner or a ride to and from work prior to booking my appointment, all of it was relayed and CLEARLY ignored by him because on the call later wh... read more
