Although service was quick, I have a concern regarding my service advisor, DANIEL. He might have been having a bad morning, but he was EXTREMELY unfriendly and I felt as though he was trying to hard sell me on service recommendations, referring to them as “repairs.” When I said no to his pitch, he seemed to suggest that they were necessary. Both Fernando and Pablo were outstanding ! Very knowledgeable of the car.
The new location definitely exceeds my expectations. plenty of seats and charging stations, waiting area is bright and clean. Free bottled water, soda, espresso and donuts. I've only seen these available at some higher end brands. And shout out to Will that always been able to help me to get the service done.
Stopped by Toyota Envision in West Covina and was really impressed with all the upgrades. The place looks great, and they now offer free drinks and pastries while you wait—such a nice touch. Staff was friendly and everything ran smoothly. Definitely feels like they’ve stepped up the experience!
