Changed script without knowledge or consultation. Tried for a week to clear this up only to find out the doors are closed for good. Left town.
Fantastic doctor, working with me on hip pain and I cannot say enough good things about his practice. On top of that, his staff are super-nice to work with, and he has an engaging personality. I never thought I would need pain management, but I am glad my primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Hecker. He is trying to find the best action for my pain that is minimally invasive, and if any drugs are require they are milder and non-opioid, which I prefer.
Prompt, friendly , very helpful, no rushing, explain everything well.
I was just informed by their Franklin location that the Murphy office has been permanently closed! It's no wonder. My husband had his initial visit a few weeks ago. First they sent his prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Then when he tried to reach someone because the dosage was wrong, he never got a call back. Good riddance!
