This place is busy on Saturdays. I had an appointment for 7:15am. I arrived onsite at 7:10 to 2 lines. It took 40 minutes to get checked in Enrique assisted me. My vehicle was due for 30k service. Text updates were efficient
Extremely disappointed with the service at Envision Toyota of Norwalk. I came in for a recall and explicitly asked for the paperwork required by the DMV for my registration. The service advisor saw that I struggle with English, yet instead of ensuring I was properly helped, he gave me false information, assuring me '100%' that I had everything.
