Extremely disappointed with the service at Envision Toyota of Norwalk. I came in for a recall and explicitly asked for the paperwork required by the DMV for my registration. The service advisor saw that I struggle with English, yet instead of ensuring I was properly helped, he gave me false information, assuring me '100%' that I had everything. After waiting 3 hours at the DMV, I was told the paperwork was missing. I had to return to the dealer, where the same employee admitted he 'didn't know' I needed that form—despite me ... read more

Beautiful place.
Not recommend, they tell you something over the phone, but when you get there they will try to sell you hidden packages not included in the price. Or NO deal.
