Waited 60mins in front area then corralled with others to another waiting room for 15mins, finally got in for a 5min service and left 85min after I arrived. Pathetic. Another patient arrived who had phone booked the day before, filled out paperwork then found out wasn't informed to Fast so had to re-book. Clearly something wrong with business systems. They reported on the wrong foot for my MRI. Terrible experience, I had to keep chasing it up so I could get my images re-reported on and still no results. No call back from supervisors when I requested this and over several days I had to coninually call to chase it up.
Honestly, it was a bit hard for me to book an appointment at first, but once I got in, my experience with Envision Medical Imaging in Wembley was really good. The reception staff were kind, patient, and welcoming, which helped calm my nerves a bit. The nurse and team who did my CT scan and MRI were so gentle, friendly, and caring. They explained things clearly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible through such a scary and overwhelming process. I’m truly thankful for their kindness. Absolutely hopeless service. Tried calling for two days and never got through. Sent two emails requesting an appointment with no response. I’m giving up now as it seems that even if you manage to get an appointment, the service is very bad. Back to the doctor for another referral! 😡
