Completely unprofessional staff. Terrible communication between staff members and with patients.Phone lines rarely work and machines are frequently unavailable.
Emailed and requested datafiles from my scan, so that they could be run through my own AI scanner they were not provided. Also had to phone them to reimburse the medicare which they "forgot" to do for a $600 MRI. Do not reccommend.
4 hours in total of three different attempts to call I can’t deal with that recording anymore even made an appointment online then a text come thru to ring that number again come ppl 75 clinics across Australia and no one to answer the phone 🤦♂️
I have to say this was an absolute pleasure having a mri here. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for me.
If you phone, be prepared to be kept on hold for ages. But they contacted ME easily enough, to tell me my appointment would be changed and made iearlier. I dutifully changed my schedule and turned up, only to be kept waiting an hour! So could have stuck to original appointment. Nobody came to apologise/ explain the delay. Not criticising the medical practitioners, just the poor treatment and unpleasant experience. That's an hour I'll never get Beck, nor my partner, dutifully waiting for me in the car.
