The employees did their job great! However, the parts were back ordered for 3 1/2 months. After service, the same issue came back not even 12 hours after coming out of the shop. Not the service center's fault. Issue: subwoofer/amplifier 2025 lincoln aviator.

I was very pleased with the service and customer experience I received from Alex Torres. He was handed my service appointment and handled it with the most professional service possible. When picking up my van he had it cleaned off and brought it to me. He is going to do well there in a sea of service writers that look the other way when pulling up for appointments.
