Tried to use their service center twice. Service representative was fawningly polite, but much more concerned with asking for a good review than understanding the service issues. Mechanics did not fix issues on either visit --though they did appear to do the oil change correctly. Took car to Galpin where the service reps seem to understand that good reviews come from competence and the mechanics fixed both issues. Well worth the longer drive.
Nice and efficient but wish they had informed me of two recalls at the time a made the service appointment. Now I have to take it in again
We had a recall notice on our new Lincoln Nautilus and called Envision. The next day they sent a technician and did a software upgrade. Very quick and easy process.
People are friendly and they seem to be getting better about troubleshooting vehicle repairs and black label needs
