I needed a new engine. The work was done on a timely basis and was put through my warranty seamlessly. My service advisor Grant Lee was nice to work with and he communicated on a regular basis
My only issue is that when I called the service center, the individuals that answer the phone are extremely rude! Evan, who helped me, was extremely nice and professional, I appreciate his customer service. But when I called and requested to speak with Evan, I was met with silence and all they did was transfer me over to Evans VM. I just found that very rude and annoying.
I had to bring in my 2024 Mach E Mustang for recall service, my rep Grant was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained the process and hit the estimated time for completion of service spot on. Well done, Thank you
