Very pleasant experience
This facility offers the most pleasant experience. From the front end staff, to the technicians who perform your procedure, everyone is sweet and personable. They listen to you and ease any concerns. They're informative and efficient. My first appointment was at 3. Arrived early and out by 3:07. Next appointment was at 9:30. I had my procedure right on time, with results in less than 10 minutes. I was floored!! I will continue to be a completely satisfied patient! Highly recommend!
I had my anatomy scan scheduled for my fourth kiddo here, so naturally my husband and I wanted to involve our other kids (3 kids under 6yo) as this will be a huge change for them, too. Not to mention, we don’t have childcare or babysitters readily available (hello, super sensitive kiddos and if you know, you know). When we walked back to the room, the ultrasound tech informed us that our kids can’t be in the room during the anatomy scan, so my husband had to wait outside with them while I had my anatomy scan done alone. I was insanely nervous for my first MRI and this wonderful woman (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and kind. I was ready to back out and she helped me through it. Thank you so much. MRI was fast and comfortable. They let you stop by and see the MRI machine prior to your appointment to help eliminate anxiety. If you do this, just make sure you have time to wait because it may be in use. Great experience.
