Horrible experience with corporate on my billing. This officed stated my bill would be between $300 - $400 so my insurance would easily cover it (My Insurance covers up to $600 for MRIs). However, after the MRI was completed the corporate office sent me a $2750.00 bill and then only reduced it to $1100 that I now owe out of pocket. I would not recommend Envision Imaging to anyone.
Edit to add: both times I have been here have been to accompany my husband for his visits. While I’m not “in their system,” I’ve absolutely observed the unprofessional employee at the front desk. | Everyone here behind the scenes is really lovely but it’s the nasty attitude of one person that absolutely ruins the whole experience here. Went for appointment and they used flimsy excuses to not perform a procedure. This after confirming appointment and checking in (they even want to confirm next year’s date)! Then after departing this facility in disgust, they send a confirmation for another appointment for a date in 3 weeks. Absolutely shameless people. Personnel have zero customer service training at this facility. I would avoid this place at all costs.
New technology, new facility, scheduled time met, friendly service. Quick results.
This place is new and clean. However, one week later I still don't have results to a simple chest xray. They claim they sent them. I called a second time. They don't believe me when I tell them my doctor doesn't have the results. They said my doctor's office must call again. So, if you are in urgent need of a result, my advice is go somewhere else!
