This is the Absolute Worse imaging experience that I have ever had... Not only did the staff lack the appropriate medical orders to complete a diagnostic mammogram and bone density scan, the tech acted like it was my fault because she had "called me" which was an outright lie! The appointment has been scheduled for weeks and why the correct paperwork wasn't in place escapes me! Total unprofessionalism!!!!
The blond "Gatekeeper" is horrible! Our daughter had her first ultrasound here and the reception by the the person at the front was a nightmare! Rude, pompous, put off and downright hatedful! What should have been a wonderful experience was plain terrible. The only reason there are two stars in the rating intead of one is because the Ultrasound tech was wonderful! She gets a 5! Do NOT recommend!
I'm disappointed! The heavy set lady with pink glasses and pink scrubs and brown straight hair is running her mouth as I seat here! Constantly saying retarded, saying she was pissed off, saying that that some guy was stupid and was talking about how bad this Envision is doing, etc...She would not stop with the negativity! No, patients don't need to hear this!
If you are using their services, get an estimate of the charges to avoid any issues after the service. Their business practices are not good for their business. You won't get our business again!
I went to Envision to get an exam, the staff was so friendly. I had 3 kids with me and was worried about how I would get the exam. Envision front desk staff watched my kids so that I could get my exam and not have to schedule a babysitter. I have never experienced such thoughtfulness from any medical center.
Our pediatric ENT asked us to do XRAYs for my 3 year old son (suspecting enlarged Adenoids), and sent us to Envision Imaging XRAY. Both I and my husband work full time. We arrived after work, at 6 pm, with our 3 year old, and 1.5 year old. Envision Imaging office closes at 7 pm. My kids were getting tired, of course, since it was 6 pm, but that is the only time I could come without taking a day off from work. The front desk staff was pretty nice. Loved this place! Super friendly staff. Offered a blanket while I waited. Quick in & out & they even took care of my authorization. Great experience.
