This people are something else. Every time you ask for them to explain the billing portion of why it cost more with insurance than i would pay cash. 750 with insurance 500 if i would pay cash. They hang up. 4 times and counting on a 5 now. Bad very bad coustmer service and no explanation from billing dept when my plan says 10% copay.
no one at the hospital would give me an mri that own drs said get so i get appointment just as i needed w Abraham a very kind and talented mri technician . He put me at ease and when i moved and squeezed the ball he stopped and comforted me. I can be sn anxious person and was not looking forward to doing this but whole experience was delightful from beginning to end. As of July 14, 2024. The two girls working the front desk are simply amazing. Everyone is greeted! It makes for such a positive experience. Not only did did we get to borrow a wheel chair, the worker followed me out in over 100* temps to hold the door open for us! Wow. I love this kind of service. The appointment people are doing an excellent job in the phone , too.
I took my 90-year old mother to this location for an MRI. The MRI technician and staff were incredibly kind and patient with her. I highly recommend Sani!
I came for an MRI with contrast today, not my favorite thing ! As always Tabi, Marlon and Christian were amazing ! If one needs these tests and I have had them alas regularly this is the place to go! They truly care and very good patient care ! Thank you so much Tabi, Marlon and Christian! Nadia
We have been to Envision imaging in plano many times due to health reasons - the staff is amazing. Tabi at the front is an incredible caring lady who makes my wife and I feel so welcome , thank you. Marlon is fantastic and helps me cope through MRI’s and truly cares for his patients. Big shout out to a great team!!! Nadia L
I don't find an option to zero stars. otherwise I should have rate them zero. I literally got the Bill for 5 times for the same service. Every-month they revise and send a bill for $100 - $300. I ended up paying $1000 where as other providers charged me once and $300 for the same service. Don't even think of going to this service even your doctor/provider recommends you. I strongly suggest to avoid this facility.
Had MRI done in January 2021. My Bill was right above $1900, but then later they send a bill well over $2700 when they found out I had co-pay and was mostly covered by my insurance. I called customer Service, and wanted a reasoning behind the change in price before and after the MRI, and Sherryl, the lady on the phone got pissed and raised her voice and hung up on me...completely unacceptable behavior and treatment from this company.
