I've been here a few times and have made it my go to for scans. The staff is pleasant and always kind. Thank you to all of them for a job well done.
Ms Mela ,patient service representative was so pleasant and efficient! Her smile greeted me when I stopped through the door. As she sighed me in, I watched her as she also greeted, smiled and apologized for the wait, she did the same for the other patients also! We appreciate her pleasant mannerisms that assured everyone that may have felt any anxiety, apprehension or fear that came in!
This was actually my first time here and Aydali and Bella were both amazing during my experience. It started w/Aydali and her warm motherly embrace and welcome. Even though I was a frantic mom that day (9/10/2025) she made me feel welcome and calm. Bella on the other hand was very helpful with assisting me and the technician for my son‘s chest x-rays and she was really friendly, sweet, and fun with me and my son. Katie the sonographer was amazing! I was in substantial pain and she was very patient and worked with me to make the procedure bearable. 10/10 Katie!
Two words Erin Constantineau. Best service I’ve ever had at any medical imaging center. I was scared and she calmed me down and just made everything easy. If I were you I would pay her more. She only does this because she needs the money. If you don’t treat her right. It’s your loss. Thank you for your 5 star service
