The staff is always wonderful! But, forced to wait and wait and wait for results from an MRI is unacceptable! The radiologists I've worked with took 1 day, sometimes 2 days. Its a shame yall make folks wait 5 plus days! If someone had informed me before the test that I had to wait 5 "working" days for results I definitely would have gone to Northstar.
I recently had a thyroid ultrasound here. Beforehand and at the time of service, I was told it would be $77 which I paid, then today I got a bill for an additional $311! I would have never had the ultrasound had I known It would be nearly $400! I am disappointed at the lack of transparency and misleading with the cost. I’m sure this could be on insurance too, but I was told the insurance was run beforehand and that $77 was the total cost. I will not be returning to Envision! Every member of your team was friendly, professional, and made the experience genuinely comfortable from start to finish.
