My experience with this facility has been excellent, after my Mammogram showed some concerning images, the technician was quick in having the scheduler contacting me to come back for an Ultrasound, it was amazing how by the time the Doctor who ordered the Mammogram called me with the results, I already had an appointment for the Ultrasound. Then after that, the same thing happened, by the time the Doctor called me with the Ultrasound’s results, I already had an appointment for a Biopsy. Went for a mammogram and was told to come back for more tests. Every lady that works there is so polite and super professional. From getting the 1st mammogram done and the way she explained what she was doing and why, to the 2nd mammogram again very thorough with breaking it down for me, onto the ultrasound technician, Tina, who was very gentle, and professional. This is probably my first time leaving a review anywhere. Such horrible service! It's my first time with them and highly disappointed! I have an appointment at 1:45 pm with the Euless location and you call me at 1:10 to tell me the technologist has a question about my order so I have to reschedule and that they couldn't reach anyone at my medical facility. I go out of my way to get someone from my doctors office on the line, reached back to the Euless location and she says the technologist can't speak now because she's seein... read more
