OMG most uprofessional people work here. Leigh Anne Pereira called and was extremely rude. Never again.
Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Online chat doesn't load. At first I thought it was a scam. I have insurance. I never should have received a bill.
They are probably the lowest bidder for their contract. Receive testing for military disability claims and these folks never made attempts to bill the insurance with the department of veterans affairs. Secondly, they billed me 4 months after service. Also, their billing method makes it difficult to send anyone a message and get in touch with someone. The doctors that are billing me aren’t even reading the X-rays either. They are just putting a check in the box.
Just called the corporate office in Nashville. Spoke with Pam at reception. Extremely RUDE and ABRASIVE! She spoke down to me and talked to me like I was uneducated (I was just asking for the number to the legal department.) Pam at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment!
