Got a bill for 2 times what the Emergency room bill was the bill arrived 6 months later. I was not seen by the doctor. The doctor remotely created a report that inaccurately described my injuries. When I disputed the claim I was told too bad. Worst company ever I will not go to a hospital using their staffing ever again.

Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Online chat doesn't load. At first I thought it was a scam. I have insurance. I never should have received a bill.

They are probably the lowest bidder for their contract. Receive testing for military disability claims and these folks never made attempts to bill the insurance with the department of veterans affairs. Secondly, they billed me 4 months after service. Also, their billing method makes it difficult to send anyone a message and get in touch with someone. The doctors that are billing me aren’t even reading the X-rays either. They are just putting a check in the box.
