Great dealer, amazing experience! We took our 2014 Ford Explorer in after finding out rats had made a nest and it wouldn't start. We were worried about a ton of electrical damage. After doing a thorough examination, it was just the battery that needed to be replaced! They charged us for the battery but not the examination of the electrical system, and it was very reasonably priced. VIP from start to finish - Mitch, our service advisor was always professional, helpful and gave us frequent updates. Highly recommend them!
I’m EXTREMELY frustrated with the service I’ve received at Envision Ford. I have a 21 Bronco (sole owner, purchased brand new) that completely died on the on-ramp of freeway as I was driving with no warning signs on sep 5 2023 less than 2 years of having the vehicle. I had it towed into the dealership the next day sep 6 2023.
