Recall issue was fixed and then reappeared. Disappointing approach when we brought it back. My mom passed away and now my dad is driving her car and they refused to fix the power steering. Dangerous fail.

The workers don't even know what parts they have in stock or how to order a part or how to identify a part that is rare, but was needed. Weird vibe.

Great dealer, amazing experience! We took our 2014 Ford Explorer in after finding out rats had made a nest and it wouldn't start. We were worried about a ton of electrical damage. After doing a thorough examination, it was just the battery that needed to be replaced! They charged us for the battery but not the examination of the electrical system, and it was very reasonably priced. VIP from start to finish - Mitch, our service advisor was always professional, helpful and gave us frequent updates. Highly recommend them!
