Excellent and professional service. Fast and Reliable Doctors. Great and friendly patients Service from the receptionist to doctor's assistance. Overall amazing place, and great merchandise.
I want to comment on the gross under treatment my family member went through at this facility recently. Upon first being seen as a patient they asked if their insurance covered their procedure and were told yes. They went through multiple tests, and appointments. Waited several months for their procedure to be booked, and requested time off work, only to receive a phone call 1 week prior to their procedure telling them their procedure is canceled because the surgery center doesn’t take their insurance. Thank you, to ALLY W. Someone dropped the ball at the Retinal Institute and erroneously scheduled me without contacting Envision, who referred me to them. Ally W. kindly explained the situation and was able to reschedule me within a week. Ally W. is kind, professional, and efficient. A blessing when you are stressed with a vision issue.
Called had small emergency and got me in next day. Had a 2:15 appointment and arrived at 2 for paperwork (1st time at office) completed paper work was called in at 2:20. All test were done and then Dr. Came in 5 minutes later. Was in and out less then an hour. All STAFF was just GREAT!!! After reading reviews I thought I was in wrong Dr. Office and I even went to restroom to see if it was nasty and it was not, so I Guess you have to actually have to make your own conclusions but I give them ☆☆☆☆☆
