I just want to complain the service is very slow. We came early at 9 am because my husband’s appointment is 10:15 am and the other patients that they just got there, they called right away but us not yet. Then, the reason they said that we came early so what’s the connection. These is not good.
Waited 3 months for cataract eye appointment, told I needed surgery, it is now 5 months later and I’m still waiting for surgery date. Called several times to see why it’s taking so long, told me they are just busy ???
UPDATE. I called and worked it out. Just a few misunderstandings. The person I talked with was so sweet and understanding. PLOT TWIST! It was the same person that I thought was rude. She explained the situation with the surgery center. They had another one that closed and things are messy. But at the end of the day, I would not be able to use them for I am switching insurance anomy next appointment would not be until February. Also the5 months?
