I stopped in without an appointment, I recently had an emergency going to the hospital for treatment of an eye infection. They said to follow up with my eye doctor. So i went to my eye doctor's office. The receptionist took my information and said she had to check with her manager. The manager came back, looked up my patient information. She stated I had no insurance, but in the past, I paid for my services. Horrible place. Looks like and empty warehouse. No furniture. No equipment. I was running 15 minutes late and called to tell them. They never said don’t come. It was $10 worth of gas to get there and I could hardly find the office. Very lame staff. Said I couldn’t have my appointment because I was late. I asked why they didn’t call me or say,something. They acted brain dead. I was furious and said I wouldn’t see them even if it was free. Went home and changed my insurance and ophthalmologist immediately.

When I was making arrangements for my cataract surgery Katlyn Foley was a delight. She was very helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns. I asked for additional information and she got the answers for me. We need more people like her.
