I sustained a concussion in hockey and I had a lot of visual symptoms after. I went in for an assessment and further treatments with Dr. Loose - he identified my problems and came up with a treatment plan to resolve them. At first he recommended updating my glasses and prescription and I was surprised how much this immediately helped! The home exercises and treatment sessions to follow slowly started to help as well. Need to really work on the appointment timelines. But Have a good main optometrist.
Worst service ever and full of excuses, never will I recommend this clinic, please if you have elderly parents, NEVER bring them here.
I had a great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable. He helped me get the right prescription. I was very impressed. I didn't realize my vision was so blurry. Got my glasses. Had no problems with them. Came with everything needed including glasses cleaner. Cute little bag and a chocolate. Which shows they put in extra effort. Glasses were reasonably priced.
