Our whole family actually receives care from Dr. Rashid. He is very good with our daughter and how he engages her to talk and explain what and why he does the eye exams. For us it's always been the honest conversations of how we really need to understand what the examinations are all about and if corrective measures are needed, while all alternatives are laid out. Give them an opportunity to show you what they do so well and decide and no I wasn't asked to do this.
Natalie was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick out the right glasses and took her time explaining the lenses and the best options. The staff were all friendly and Dr Rashid was great and helped me find the right prescription. Overall welcoming and helpful place.
