Front desk needs new personnel or at minimum understand that the patients can hear what they are saying and doing. They were running a bit behind when I was there so there was allot of waiting which they did keep apologizing for. The doctor and assistant was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.
Mostly. I do miss Dr. Blackburn as he was quite effective through this entire process. However, Dr. Bridges is doing a wonderful job. It has been challenging and emotional, but I think we are on the right track. Thanks!
