Dr. Will and staff - OUTSTANDING! My appointment was the best experience I've ever had, I don't like going to dentist's.. they made my visit relaxing and informative of the procedure required. I highly recommend you call his office here in GIBBONS, AB if you need to see a dentist!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I also heard he's a pretty good golfer ⛳👍🍻
The dental assistants and receptionists were very pleasant to work with, they really made me feel comfortable and the interactions were very pleasant. The dentist himself is not. He is totally lacking in basic manners, and is very abrupt and borderline rude. I didn’t hear him once say “hello, I’m Dr. X, how are you?” Don’t expect a thanks for coming or goodbye either. I hate dental work from trauma at a dentist as a child, Dr.Will and all his staff made a major procedure painless, constantly checking on myself. Cannot thank them enough for the positive experience and would be the only dentist I would recommend going forward.
I really like the services. not only professionalism, but also patience and respect are a priority in the process. In addition you take time to accomplish a tasks carefully (no rush). Since my first visit I feel that I am in the right place.
