Very disappointed in how my attempted first appt. was handled. I had initially scheduled about a month ago, but had to reschedule twice because of an internet outage beyond my control. When I got my internet issues fixed, I scheduled a new appt. They sent a reminder email a few days before, with a link to their website with an option to join your telehealth appointment. Scheduling was easy and fairly straightforward. Finding a therapist has been difficult but they had a couple of people to choose from and schedule with which was nice.

I’ve been seeing a therapist here for almost ten years and her support and insight has been invaluable. Easy scheduling and I can adjust the frequency of appointments if needed, and choose between in person and online appointments. They also have at least one other office downtown which adds to my options!

I’ve been seeing a therapist through Envision Counseling for many years now. I’ve gone on and off as needed. Each time the scheduling and billing process was simple and efficient.

The customer service was terrible. No help, no flexibility, no communication. I do not recommend.
