Loan paid off. but these guys are not recording a discharge with the registry of deeds. Having a hard time to get hold of anyone. Make sure, when the loan is paid off, they need to discharge to loan, or else you will have a hard time refinancing or selling. Bunch of Crooks.
As the seller of a piece of real estate, this lender was late giving their customer (the buyer) a letter of loan commitment by 2 weeks. The lender also has held up the closing date; despite their customer having fulfilled all of their requirements for closing. I legally could relist this property and take the buyer's deposit. STAY AWAY!! YOU MAY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU HAVE A SELLER WHO IS NOT AS NICE AS ME!
