I'm a huge fan of natural health. A friend referred me to Christy at Envision Awaken a few years ago. I get so much benefit with full body reflexology. You can also incorporate it with Reike. Christy went above and beyond for my husband and I on our wedding day. We decided to elope and wanted someone to preform reiki on us to clear the energy before the ceremony. It's been over two years since I first started Reflexology with Christy, and because she is so warm, genuine and gifted, I have gone regularly ever since. She is excellent at aligning whole body treatments, oils and crystals to use depending on my current issues, and even identifies trouble spots I had forgotten to mention!
