This company is the best - completely replaced the contractor grade junk our beautiful house was built with in 2008 with state of the art equipment in 2014. Since then Tom (he's my contact) has run gas to my deck for grilling, replaced an in floor heat system and installed a whole house humidifier. Other professionals have seen his handiwork and made complimentary comments. Tom knows his stuff, provides world class service , is reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Tim

Had and issue with another company that installed the unit in May and didn't trust them from the phone calls and after the tech was here. We purchased the home in June and the heat wasn't working when we tried it in October. The company that installed it was misleading, didn't call me back when they said they would, numerous times, and never said they'd take care of it but wanted to charge me. RE: Beyond 5-star service! In early spring, our family returned to our newly build home for the second time to find an extremely cold walk-out basement and continued breathing/health issues. Tom is the expert you need to get any HVAC situation in perfect order. I had a new home with very inconsistent heating / cooling patterns and many air flow issues. Tom very quickly diagnosed the many problems and made corrections to everything from the size fo the ductwork to grate issues and to the actually units I had installed. I live in a townhouse, and was experiencing respiratory problems (burning throat and eyes, chronic sinus congestion, etc.). A home inspector recommended that I reach out to ENVIROWORLD USA, saying that if anyone could solve my IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) problem, it would be them.
