I had a Cyclone 7 unit installed in a tenanted flat in 2020. This malfunctioned late (was making loud noises) December 2026. I was apprehensive whether the 7-year warranty on the unit was going to be honoured, and wasn't sure whether the Envirovent I bought the original unit from, still existed! Thankfully, after the Christmas lull, I was in touch with Caroline Brown from their regional office who speedily got the unit inspected and repaired under warranty. Thank you Caroline and Jason!
This system has worked great no condition on walls or windows air i house feels fresh economical to run and fitters did great job even when thay had to change plans for job ended up better for us thanks
