I cannot recommend working with EnviroVantage. While the initial evaluation may seem competent, the actual remediation work is not. The crews they send lack experience, are not punctual or professional, and fail at basic mold safety practices, including proper containment. This is unacceptable for mold remediation. would not recommend! it all started with the quote that took weeks for a call back i should of written them off then. They booked months out for the job and when they arrived i went over the work to be done on the quote, only two of the 5 things were done and then a bill was sent over saying the job was complete... i had to email back and forth to get someone to come out and they agreed the job was not completed and had to send someone out to finish it. 10-21-24. Just wanted to update my old review. Envirovantage and Chris Prior remain my GO TO source for all types of environmental mitigation. These folks have remained top notch, professional, careful, and affordable. Give them a call and you’ll be glad you did.
