Mark was prompt and amazing to deal with. Polite , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to assess and accommodate our needs . He even ran out to get an unexpected part and showed up at the end of the installation to make sure we were fully satisfied. Update Nov 2024: this is still unresolved. In spring we were told this would be taken care of, but it hasn't. BUT the worst part is that install was so poor that we had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it. Update April 2024: In Dec 2023 NorthStar asked Envirotech to reach out to me - which they did not. Our experience unfortunately went from great to terrible. Ordering was the best part of our experience - I felt confident we had chosen a better company than the last one we went with (for our previous home.) Install seemed ok, but not great - but we soon noticed more and more issues. Debris between window panes (from the factory), poor caulking, scratches and gauges inside and out. We hired them to also remove a window and fill it in - this was so poorly done we had to rip it out and do it again (and the new exterior stucco... read more
Couldn't even get a quote, two missed appointments with no call or message after 2nd missed to let me know he wasn't coming. If you're busy and are not interested in more clients, just say so. My time is just as important as anyone else's.
