Our experience unfortunately went from great to terrible. Ordering was the best part of our experience - I felt confident we had chosen a better company than the last one we went with (for our previous home.) Install seemed ok, but not great - but we soon noticed more and more issues. Debris between window panes (from the factory), poor caulking, scratches and gauges inside and out. Couldn't even get a quote, two missed appointments with no call or message after 2nd missed to let me know he wasn't coming. If you're busy and are not interested in more clients, just say so. My time is just as important as anyone else's.
