Terrible experience with John. Billed me for several items in the restoration of my kitchen that neither he, nor his contractors did. Refuses to compensate me for all of the work I did. Job is still not complete. I was flooded by a broken water pipe on December 9th 2023, the restoration work is still not complete. Offered to let them come and finish the job on May 23rd with no response, now John is suing me for not paying him the full amount of the bid, EVEN THOUGH THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE!! If I could give less than 1 star I would! All I can say is STAY AWAY from this company. It took them 7 months for a simple kitchen remodel. During those 7 months my elderly mother lived in her BEDROOM as the rest of the living space was torn completely apart and uninhabitable....NO KITCHEN FACILITIES for 7 months! AFTER 7 months of waiting....the work is AWFUL and we will have to pay to have someone come back and redo the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

John Larsen lead the mitigation team to repair and restore a water main leak which damaged walls in my garage. He responded the same day I contacted him even though it was late (7:30 pm). He quickly assessed the situation and promptly delivered many high-powered fans with air cleaning capabilities. He made sure that all areas were bone dry and restored all damaged areas; my wife and I were actually amazed at how perfectly the job was done. You couldn't tell where the damage had been.
