The female owner has been unpleasant almost every time we call. Most recently, we called to make a payment and the payment was not posted to our account. When I called to check she told me that I did not know how to pay bills, said that we NEVER called to make the payment, and hung up on me. I received a fax later stating that that we did in fact call but it was not "forwarded to the correct department". All I want is to pay our balance, and stop accruing late fees. Just got off the phone with Janie at Envirotech Carriers in Corpus Christi. When I inquired as to the $75.78 "mystery" charge on my account, I was told that when we'd signed a contract in 2000 (13 years ago) which states that we have to schedule a pick up every 3 months or there's a $21. charge whether they come by or not."
